摘要： 功能性神经系统疾病（以下简称功能性神经疾病）是一种具有明确症状的自主运动或感觉系统疾病，包括功能性运动障碍、心因性非癫痫性发作、功能性感觉障碍、功能性认知障碍、持续性姿势感知性头晕等一系列疾病。其复杂多样的临床特点给疾病诊断带来困难，因此功能性神经疾病的诊断长期处于“灰色地带”，但较高的发病率、病残率以及极高的医疗资源消耗率时刻提醒该病不容忽视。本文综述功能性神经疾病最新分类以及相应诊断标准，以期提高临床诊断与治疗水平。

Abstract: Functional neurological disorder (FND) is a disorder of the autonomic motor or sensory system with well-defined symptoms, which covers functional movement disorder, psychogenic non-epileptic seizures, functional sensory disorder, functional cognitive disorder, persistent postural perceptual dizziness and so on. Its complex and diverse characteristics make the diagnosis and treatment of the disease and research difficult, so FND has long been a "gray area", but its high incidence, disability rate and high consumption of medical resources remind us that FND cannot be ignored. This paper reviews the current clinical classification of FND and the diagnostic criteria in order to improve the diagnosis and treatment by domestic colleagues.
