摘要: 头皮脑电图因操作便捷、无创、可重复等特点,广泛应用于癫痫及其他脑病的诊断与治疗。长期的临床实践发现有诸多脑电图异常放电模式与临床癫痫发作无明确关联性,可能属于良性变异型,亦可能是颅内异常放电,至今尚无明确定论。本文拟对颞叶常见的良性变异型研究进展进行概述,以理清长期以来的争议点,为相关基础与临床研究奠定基础。

Abstract: Because of the convenience, noninvasion and repeatability, the scalp EEG has been widely used in the diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of prognosis in epilepsy and other encephalopathy. In clinical practice, it has been found that there are many abnormal EEG discharge patterns that have no clear correlation with patients' clinical epileptic seizures. Therefore, it is considered that the clinical significance of these discharge patterns is uncertain and as benign variants. However, many researchers have disputed about these benign variants, they consider them as abnormal intracranial discharges. This article reviewed the benign variants in temporal lobe, so as to clarify the controversial points of benign variants in temporal lobe for a long time and lay a foundation for further basic research and clinical study on benign variants.
