摘要：

脑出血急性期血压管理一直备受关注，急性脑出血强化降压试验（INTERACT）及其Ⅱ期试验（INTERACT2）公布的结果为脑出血血压管理提供了可靠证据。本文拟重点介绍中国学者近 3 年在国外杂志上发表的与INTERACT 和INTERACT2 试验相关的高质量临床研究，以为脑出血急性期血压管理的临床策略提供依据。

Abstract:

Blood pressure management in acute phase of intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) is always concerned and controversial, until Intensive Blood Pressure Reduction in Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage Trial (INTERACT) and INTERACT2 provides reliable evidence for blood pressure management of ICH. This article focuses on the high-quality clinical studies of INTERACT and INTERACT2 published by Chinese scholars in foreign journals in the past three years.
