摘要：

脑脊液细胞玻片离心沉淀检查法对多种中枢神经系统疾病的定性诊断具有极其重要的价值，特别是对中枢神经系统感染、白血病和脑膜癌病等的诊断更具其他检查方法无法替代的作用。脑脊液细胞收集和染色技术对脑脊液细胞学检查的质量至关重要，然而实践中，特别是临床经验尚缺的新手常存在影响其质量的多种主观和客观原因。本文主要对影响脑脊液细胞玻片离心沉淀检查法质量的常见原因和预防策略进行简要介绍，供神经科同道参考。

Abstract:

It is well known that cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) cell slide centrifugal sedimentation examination method is a very important technique for the etiological diagnosis of many central nervous system (CNS) diseases, especially for infectious diseases, leukemia and meningeal carcinomatosis, etc. The high quality of CSF cell collection and staining technique is the first and most important step of this cytological examination. However, there are a number of subjective and objective impairing factors influencing its quality, especially for younger technicians in practical condition. This article presents mainly the impairing factors and its preventive mersures for colleagues and suggestion.
