摘要：
2017 年发表于Lancet Neurol 和Mov Disord 的进行性核上性麻痹诊断与治疗新进展及新诊断标准受到广泛关注，本文拟从进行性核上性麻痹病程进展、临床表型特点、诊断标准的更新、诊断标志物、治疗现状及前景五方面进行解读，以期深入理解进行性核上性麻痹的诊断与治疗新进展及新诊断标准，并指导临床实践。

Abstract:
Recently, both the paper "Advances in progressive supranuclear palsy: new diagnostic criteria, biomarkers, and therapeutic approaches" in Lancet Neurol and "Clinical diagnosis of progressive supranuclear palsy: the movement disorder society criteria" in Mov Disord attracted much attention. In this review, we will discuss the contents in these two papers, including disease progression, features of clinical phenotype, update in diagnostic criteria, biomarkers, and therapeutic status and prospect of progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP), to guide the clinical practice.
