2 丁苯酞对缺血性卒中患者血清尿酸水平影响及临床疗效观察

Effect of butylphthalide on the serum uric acid and clinical outcomes of patients with ischemic stroke

摘要:

目的 探讨丁苯酞对缺血性卒中患者血清尿酸水平的影响。方法 共160 例缺血性卒中患者随机予丁苯酞25 mg(2 次/d)或常规治疗,尿酸酶法检测血清尿酸水平、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评价神经功能缺损程度。结果 与治疗第1 天相比,治疗第14 天时丁苯酞组患者血清尿酸水平降低(P = 0.003),NIHSS评分降低(P = 0.000);治疗第14天时,丁苯酞组患者血清尿酸水平高于对照组(P = 0.029),NIHSS 评分低于照组(P = 0.000)。Pearson 相关分析显示,血清尿酸水平与NIHSS 评分呈负相关(r = -0.288,P = 0.009)。结论 丁苯酞具有改善缺血性卒中患者神经功能之作用,其机制可能与抵御机体抗氧化物质水平的降低有关。

Abstract:

Objective  To investigate the effect of butylphthalide on the serum uric acid level and clinical outcomes of patients with ischemic stroke.  Methods  A total of 160 patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into 2 groups: treatment group and control group. Patients in treatment group were given butylphthalide injection with the dosage of 25 mg twice a day, and those in control group were given conventional treatment. Uricase method was used to detect the serum uric acid level, and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) was used to evaluate neurological functional defect.  Results  After 14-day treatment, serum uric acid level in treatment group was significantly decreased (P = 0.003), and NIHSS score was significantly reduced (P = 0.000); comparing with control group, the level of serum uric acid was significantly higher (P = 0.029), while NIHSS score was significantly lower (P = 0.000). Pearson correlation analysis showed the level of serum uric acid was negatively correlated with NIHSS score (r = -0.288, P = 0.009). Conclusions  Butylphthalide injection can promote the recovery of neurological function in patients with ischemic stroke, which may be related to decreasing the resistance to antioxidants.
