Abstract: The growing number of disease modifying drugs (DMDs) approved for multiple sclerosis (MS) treatment is a significant step forward and provides new options for MS patients. This article summarizes the clinical research highlights of MS, including clinical manifestations, accessory examinations, diagnostic criteria and progress of treatment.
