Abstract: Ferroptosis is a form of regulatory cell death characterized by the excessive accumulation of iron-dependent lipid hydroperoxide within the cell. It is related to the occurrence and development of many mammalian diseases.. Highlighting the link between ferroptosis and mammalian diseases can provide a new strategy for the treatment of clinical diseases.
