miRNA-related single nucleotide polymorphism could be biomarker in tumors

Abstract: microRNA-related single nucleotide polymorphisms (miRNA-SNPs) could exert influences on tumor development, treatment efficacy and clinical outcomes. Thus, as biomarkers, miRNA-SNPs can be applied to evaluate the tumor susceptibility for individuals and play an predictive role in patients' clinical outcomes.
