The role of the bone marrow vascular niche that maintains the "stem" of hematopoietic stem cells

Abstract: The hematopoietic microenvironment is the survival "fertile soil"of hematopo- ietic stem cells( HSCs) .It has been confirmed that the endothelial cells and perivascular cells are the pivotal components to cultivate and maintain HSCs in the bone marrow vascular tissue,highlighting its necessity to regulate HSCs.
