摘要: 本文从铁的吸收、转运、利用、储存过程阐述人体铁代谢的分子学机制,着重讨论铁代谢过程中的关键蛋白及其相关的调控因素,明确该机制能期望为更早期、更精准的铁稳态失衡标志物的发现提供新思路,并为未来的靶向治疗提供切入点。

关键词: 铁代谢, 二价金属转运蛋白1(DMT1), 铁转运蛋白1(FPN1), 铁调素

Abstract: This article reviews the molecular mechanism of iron metabolism covering iron absorption,transportation,utilization and storage with focus on the key proteins involved in iron metabolism and elaborate regulation factors. Based on these results of research it might be able to provide some new strategies to find potential biomarkers of iron metabolism to support early and correct diagnosis. What's more, a clear mechanism may also provide a breakthrough point for the targeted treatment of iron metabolism disorders in future.
