摘要: 金属硫蛋白(MT)是一类富含半胱氨酸的低分子金属结合蛋白,主要通过抗氧化应激、抗感染、抑制细胞凋亡机制,对肥胖症、非酒精性脂肪肝病(NAFLD)和糖尿病(DM)及并发症起到保护作用。

Abstract: Metallothionein (MT) is a kind of low molecular metal binding proteins rich in cysteine. It plays a protective role in obesity, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), diabetes mellitus(DM) and its complications. It has many functions such as anti-oxidative stress, anti-inflammatory, and inhibiting cell apoptosis.
