肾小球系膜细胞增殖在糖尿病肾病肾小球硬化中作用的研究进展

摘要: 糖尿病肾病(DN)是糖尿病患者常见的微血管慢性并发症。系膜细胞(MC)是肾小球内主要的细胞成分。高糖刺激可通过降低细胞内源性硫化氢的浓度、激活转化生长因子β(TGF-β)超家族和影响长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)水平促进系膜细胞增殖。系膜细胞的异常激活在糖尿病肾小球硬化的进程中起重要推动作用。

Abstract: Diabetic nephropathy is a common chronic microvascular complication in diabetic patients. Mesangial cell is the main cell type in glomeruli. High glucose stimulation can promote mesangial cell proliferation by reducing endogenous hydrogen sulfide concentration, activating transforming growth factor-β superfamily and influencing long non-coding RNA level. Abnormal activation of mesangial cells plays an important role in the pathogenesis of diabetic glomerulosclerosis.
