基于“卓越医生教育培养计划”的多元整合诊断学教学改革

Teaching reform of diagnostics guided by multivariate integrated mode based on the Excellent Doctor Education and Training Program

摘要: 为响应大学实施“卓越医生教育培养计划”,根据教学内容的不同整合多种不同的教学方法:以授课为基础的教学法(LBL)、以问题为导向的教学法(PBL)、案例教学法(CBL)、以团队为基础的教学法(TBL)、研究型教学模式(RBL)、三明治教学法(Sandwich)、标准化病人(SP)、微格教学、情景模拟、角色扮演和多媒体网络等,构建了多元整合诊断学教学体系。提高了学生主动学习、独立思考、理论与实践相结合的能力,培养了学生团结协作、医学人文关怀的职业素养,考验了教师的综合能力。以点带面,整体推进了五年制临床医学人才培养模式的改革。

Abstract: Different teaching methods were utilized according to various teaching contents. The multivariate integrated teaching system (LBL,PBL,CBL,TBL,RBL,Sandwich,SP,microteaching,scenario simulation,role playing method,multimedia network and so on) for the learning of diagnostics had been constructed as an activity of “Excellent Doctor Education and Training Program”. Teaching reform of diagnostics guided by multivariate integrated mode improved students' learning, independent thinking and capacity of solving problems. Comprehensive capacity of teachers had also been enhanced. The reform of education and training mode of five-year clinical medicine students had been promoted which facilitated learning of diagnostics.
