成年机体脑新生神经元形成与神经退行性疾病的关系

Relationship between neurogenesis in the brains of adult organisms and the neurodegenerative disease

摘要: 包括阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)、帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease,PD)和亨廷顿病(Huntington’s disease,HD)在内的神经退行性疾病脑中普遍存在神经元数目进行性减少,而新生神经元形成减少在神经退行性疾病发生中更为重要。目前通过促进脑中内源性新生神经元的形成来治疗神经退行性疾病是新的举措。

Abstract: It is very common that the number of neurons in the brain is progressively decreased in the neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease and Huntington’s disease, etc. Moreover, it is much more important that there is a decline in the neurogenesis of adult brain in such neurodegenerative diseases. In treating neurodegenerative diseases, it is an ideal and potential therapeutic modality to promote endogenous neurogenesis in the brain.
