摘要: 细胞外囊泡(EVs)是循环和体液中从细胞膜上分泌或脱落的小泡,在细胞间通讯起着关键作用。EVs可为房颤(AF)诊断、危险分层和评估提供生物标志物,并可作为药物的输送载体为房颤的靶向治疗提供可能。

Abstract: Extra cellular vesicles (EVs) are small vesicles secreted or shed from cell membranes in circulating and body fluids and play a key role in intercellular communication. EVs can provide biomarkers for atrial fibrillation (AF) diagnosis, risk stratification and assessment and can be used as drug delivery vehicles for potential targeted therapies of AF.
