分层分级的进阶式培养模式在超声住院医师规范化培训中的应用

Application of hierarchical and advanced training mode in standardized training of residents in ultrasound specialty

摘要: 目的 探索分层分级的进阶式超声住院医师规范化培训模式,以提高超声住院医师的培训质量。方法 对不同教育背景的超声住院医师进行分层培养,按照年级和培训阶段设计制定进阶式的培训方案,建立分层分级的进阶式超声住培体系,并在2016级超声规培住院医师中尝试应用。将改革前2013级住院医师和改革后2016级住院医师的超声报告质量进行对比,评价教学改革效果。结果 施行分层分级的进阶式培养方案后,2016级住院医师超声报告的病理符合率为97.2%,而改革前2013级超声报告的病理符合率为92.8%。教学改革后年级超声报告的病理符合率显著高于改革前(P<0.05)。结论 分层分级的进阶式培养模式有助于超声住院医师培训质量的提高,在超声住院医师规范化培训中具有一定的应用价值。

Abstract: Objective To explore the hierarchical and advanced training mode applied in the standardized residency training to improve the quality of the program in ultrasound specialty. Methods Stratified training was conducted for ultrasound residents with different educational backgrounds, advanced training programs were developed according to grade and training stage design, and a hierarchical and advanced training system for residents training in ultrasound specialty was established, which was applied to the 2016 class of residents. The quality of ultrasonic reports of 2013 class residents before the reform and 2016 class residents after the reform was compared to evaluate the effect of the teaching reform. Results After the implementation of the hierarchical and advanced training program, the pathological coincidence rate reported by the 2016 class residents was 97.2%, while that reported by the 2013 class residents before the reform was 92.8%. The pathological coincidence rate of ultrasonic reports in the grade after the teaching reform was significantly higher than that before (P<0.05). Conclusions The hierarchical and advanced training mode improves the training quality of ultrasound residents and can be applied in the standardized training of residents in ultrasound specialty.
