生物钟在肿瘤调控中的研究进展

摘要: 生物钟是生物体内具有自我调节功能和同期性的一种生理节律系统。生物节律紊乱与肿瘤的发生存在着密切联系,但是这种联系还未有明确的阐述。生物钟通过细胞周期、增殖及基因突变等方面参与肿瘤的调控。探索其与肿瘤发生之间可能存在的机制,可以为肿瘤的治疗和干预提供新的策略。

Abstract: Biological clock is a physiological controlling system with self-regulating functions. There is a close relationship between biological clock disorders and the occurrence of tumors, but underlying mechanism has not yet been elucidated. The biological clocks affect the tumorigenesis through cell cycle, proliferation and gene mutations. Exploring the possible mechanism between biological clock and tumorigenesis can provide some potential strategies for tumor treatment and intervention.
