铁死亡的途径与亨廷顿舞蹈症的关系

摘要: 铁死亡是近年发现的一种铁依赖性脂质过氧化和活性氧诱导的调节性细胞死亡方式,涉及肿瘤、神经系统和缺血再灌注损伤等多种临床疾病,而亨廷顿舞蹈症是一种尤为重要的神经退行性疾病。本文主要阐述了铁死亡的定义和特点及其发生的不同途径,同时,由于铁死亡参与亨廷顿舞蹈症发生发展过程,因此也重点总结了针对铁死亡的亨廷顿舞蹈症治疗方法。

Abstract: It is found in recent years that ferroptosis is a kind of regulatory cell death induced by iron dependent lipid peroxidation and reactive oxygen species (ROS) . It is involved in many clinical diseases such as tumor, nervous system illness and ischemia-reperfusion injury. Huntington's disease (HD) is an important neurodegenerative disorder. This article Huntington's disease. This article describes the definition and characteristics of ferroptosis and its different pathways. At the same time, since ferroptosis is involved in the development of HD, it also focuses on the HD treatment for ferroptosis .
