摘要: 外排体(exosomes)是活细胞分泌的具有脂质双分子层和大量内含物的微囊泡结构。肿瘤细胞来源的外排体不仅在肿瘤细胞之间的通信中充当信使的功能,也能作为载体影响远处的正常机体细胞,为肿瘤细胞的增殖、分化、转移及免疫抵抗起到保驾护航的作用。

Abstract: Exosomes are secreted by living cells, which have the lipid bilayer and a large number of inclusions. We have found that exosomes derived from tumor cells play a crucial role in the development of tumor. Tumor-derived exosomes not only act as the messenger between tumor cells, but also perform as a carrier that affects the normal cells far away. Moreover, it has been reported to play positive role in the proliferation, differentiation, metastasis and immune resistance of tumor cells.
