摘要: RUNX3是人runt相关转录因子家族中的一员,它参与细胞的增值、生长与凋亡的调控。RUNX3表达的异常如杂合缺失、高甲基化与多种恶性肿瘤的发生、发展以及预后有明显的关系,尤其在胃癌、结直肠癌及肝癌的发生、发展中发挥着重要作用。

Abstract: RUNX3(hunan Runt-related transcription factor 3) playing important roles in regulation on cell proliferation,cell proliferation and cell apoptosis is a member of the Runt-related transcription factor family.The abnormal expression of RUNX3,such as heterozygous deficiency,hyper-methylation,has significant relationship to the occurrence,development,and prognosis of malignant tumor,and especially plays important roles in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer,colorectal cancer, and liver cancer.
