Abstract: Long-non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are RNAs that are more than 200 bases in length but have no protein-coding function. LncRNAs play crucial role in epigenetic, gene transcription, protein transportation and cell development. LncRNAs play an important role in the activation and differentiation of immune cells and the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases.
