Abstract: Long noncoding RNAs(LncRNAs)are RNA transcripts larger than 200 nucleotides, which do not encode proteins. LncRNAshave diverse important properties, such as gene transcription, protein transport and chromatin remodeling, which involve in pathogenesis, development and prognosis of various immune diseases. The LncRNAs play crucial role in autoimmune diseases.
