摘要: 帕金森病(PD)患者的路易小体中存在大量α-突触核蛋白寡聚体。目前认为,寡聚体的形成和增多与氧化应激损伤及氧化修饰息息相关。氧化修饰包括硝化修饰和多巴胺氧化加合。α-突触核蛋白作为分子标志物,可能成为临床治疗帕金森病的新途径。

Abstract: Alpha-synuclein oligomers are the main composition of the Lewy body in patients with Parkinson’s disease, and they may be associated with oxidative stress damage and oxidative modification. The oxidative modifications include nitrative modification and dopamine oxidative adduction. Serving as a biomarker, α-synuclein may become a new target for clinical treatment.
