常见类型神经退行性痴呆的神经影像学表现

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 神经退行性痴呆是以认知功能受损为主要临床表现的一组综合征,可有多种不同的病理基础。神经影像学检查结合临床表现有助于对痴呆进行病因学诊断及鉴别诊断。本文简要介绍了阿尔茨海默病、额颞叶痴呆以及路易体痴呆3种常见神经退行性痴呆的神经影像学(MRI、PET和SPECT)表现。

Abstract: Neurodegenerative dementias are a group of clinical syndromes manifested with impairment of cognitive functions with various pathological etiologies. Neuroimaging along with clinical presentations can make etiological diagnoses and support differentiate diagnosis of various dementias. In this article, we briefly introduced the MRI, PET and SPECT differential patterns in the three most common neurodegenerative dementias including Alzheimer's disease, frontotemporal lobe dementia and Lewy body dementia.
