气道支架置入后呼吸道微生物特征变化的研究进展

摘要: 气道支架是气道介入治疗的一种重要手段,但其置入会改变气道微生物组成。良、恶性气道狭窄支架置入前气道微生物以金黄色葡萄球菌为主,气道支架置入后会导致呼吸道微生物组成发生改变,以革兰阴性菌为主。并且金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌与支架置入后肉芽增生及支架相关感染密切相关。

Abstract: Airway stenting is an important clinical intervention applied in patients with airway disorders, but it may change the microbial composition of the airways. Before the placement of stents for benign and malignant airway stenosis, the predominant microbiota in the airway is Staphylococcus aureus, while after stent placement, the microbial spectrum change to gram-negative bacteria. Additionally, there is a close relationship between stent-related infection and granulation tissue growth with Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
