摘要/Abstract

摘要： 近年来随着血管内介入治疗的快速发展,对急性缺血性卒中(AIS)患者血栓的研究日益加深,血栓的组成主要包括红细胞、纤维蛋白/血小板、白细胞、血管性血友病因子(vWF)及其他少见的成分,在非增强电子计算机断层扫描(NCCT)和磁共振成像(MRI)上可分别表现为动脉高密度征(HAS)及磁敏感血管征(SVS)。通过进一步分析其成分、影像学表现有助于了解AIS的病因、选择治疗方法、临床预后等。

Abstract: With the rapid development of intravascular interventional treatment, the study of thrombus in patients with acute ischemic stroke (AIS) has been intensified in recent vears. The composition of thrombus mainly includes red blood cells, fibrin/platelets, white blood cells, and von Willebrand factor (vWF) and other rare components, which can be manifested as arterial hyperdensity sign (HAS) and susceptibility vessel sign (SVS) on non-contrast CT(NCCT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Further analysis of thrombus components and imaging manifestations will help to understand the etiology, treatment selection and clinical prognosis of AIS.
