摘要： 北京协和医学院根据国家有关规定，结合医学教育的特点设立了研究生奖、助学金制度。在相关工作的实施与开展中，结合医院奖、助学金管理实例，不断发现问题并积极完善和调整相应的制度，对该项工作的特点和难点进行了分析和总结，并对奖、助学金管理工作提出了改进建议。

Abstract: According to the related regulations, PUMCH has established the postgraduates grant system with special features of medical education. During the application and the implement of this system, some problems are revealed and some adjustments are made to improve it accordingly. On the basis of PUMCH’s management practices of grant system, the author analyzed and summarized the related features and difficulties，and made some recommendations for future improvement.
