Abstract: In order to improve the quality of innovation training project for college students. Pecking Union Medical College have investigated implementation effects of the project through questionnaires and made a thorough inquiry for project issues. And put forward improvements: revving up publicity and improving students participation, setting up information management model and enhancing awareness of process management, making dynamic management and building exchange platform, making the system of rewards and penalties better and enhancing students’ sense of achievement.
