摘要: 噬菌体展示肽库技术是一种用于筛选蛋白、多肽的强有力的生物技术,将外源蛋白与噬菌体外壳蛋白融合而表达于噬菌体颗粒表面, 被展示的外源蛋白可以保持相对独立的空间结构和生物活性。本文总结了这一技术及其相关展示系统在蛋白质相互作用的研究、抗体及疫苗的制备、多肽药物的研制等方面的应用潜力和独特的优点。

Abstract: Phage display libraries of peptides has proven to be a powerful technology for selecting polypeptides with desired biological and physicochemical properties from huge molecular libraries. Fragments of foreign peptides or proteins are expressed as fusion proteins displayed on the phage surface, which keep their relatively independent spatial structure and biological activity. This technique has unique advantages and great potentials in the many fields such as research of protein interaction and developments of antibodies,vaccine and drugs.
