摘要: 类风湿关节炎(RA)是以关节滑膜炎为主要特征的全身性、炎症性自身免疫病。目前认为RA的发生是由抗原提呈细胞(APC)对自身抗原的异常提呈所引起的。树突状细胞(DC)是已知功能最强的APC,它能处理并提呈抗原,引发免疫应答;同时它还具有诱导免疫耐受的功能,这一特点使其可能成为临床治疗RA的新途径。

Abstract: Rheumatoid Arthritis is a systematic inflammatory auto-immune disease characterized by synovial hyperplasia and progressive joint destruction.It is thought that RA is caused by the presentation of self antigen by APC. Dendritic cells are antigen handing cells that regulate a wide spectrum of immune responses. They not only initiate immune responses but also induce immune tolerance. This character may apply a new sight for treating RA clinically.
