摘要: N-乙酰转移酶10(NAT10)是一种广泛表达于多种组织和细胞中的蛋白质,NAT10的高表达与肿瘤的侵袭、转移、耐药性密切相关。NAT10促进肿瘤发生发展的机制涉及因NAT10表达或定位的改变对细胞周期、mRNA稳定性、翻译效率以及相关通路的调控等,从而影响肿瘤的发生发展及预后。

Abstract: N-acetyltransferase10(NAT10) is a protein widely expressed in a variety of tissues and cells. The high expression of NAT10 is closely related to tumor invasion, metastasis and drug resistance. The mechanism of NAT10 promoting tumor genesis and development involves the regulation of cell cycle, mRNA stability, translation efficiency and related pathways due to the changes in the expression or location of NAT10, thus affecting the occurrence, development and prognosis of tumors.
