Abstract:

Atrial fibrillation is an independent risk factor for acute ischemic stroke and the effect on thrombolytic outcome is not clear. This paper reviews the efficacy and safety of intravenous thrombolysis in acute ischemic stroke patietns with atrial fibrillation and thrombolytic therapy in patients with atrial fibrillation who are taking oral anticoagulants.

摘要：

心房颤动是急性缺血性卒中的独立危险因素，对静脉溶栓结局的影响尚不十分清楚。本文拟对伴心房颤动的急性缺血性卒中患者静脉溶栓有效性和安全性以及口服抗凝药的心房颤动患者发生急性缺血性卒中后静脉溶栓策略进行综述。
