Abstract:

Since acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) was reported for the first time in 1981, HIV-associated ocular complications have been gradually known by people. However, part of etiologies remained unknown. With the development of the study, more and more scholars consider HIV-associated primary optic neuropathy as the etiology. This article introduces the history and related risk factors of HIV-associated optic neuropathy.

摘要：

自1981 年获得性免疫缺陷综合征（亦称艾滋病）首次报道以来，人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）相关视神经病变逐渐被认识，其中相当一部分患者病因不明，随着研究的深入，越来越多的学者认为是HIV 相关原发性视神经病变，本文简要介绍HIV 相关视神经病变发展历程及相关危险因素。
