Abstract:

Resident training of neurosurgical specialization will be tried and carried out in all over China. From the point of view of training base hospitals, a majority of 3A level hospitals have sufficient patients and good equipments which will ensure the success of training process; however, division of subspecialty, teaching motivation and teaching method still have a great potential to improve. In order to establish and improve training bases for residents of specialization, supervision from national administrative department should be strengthened; professional society also plays an important role in standardizing and controlling the training quality. Considering our nation's situation, integration of postgraduate education and resident training is worth of discussion.

摘要：

神经外科专科住院医师培训即将在全国推行，从培训基地看，多数三级甲等医院均有足够的病例数和良好的医疗设备以保证住院医师培训的顺利进行，但亚专科的划分以及培训意识和培训方法等诸多方面尚存较大提升空间。为了建立并健全我国神经外科专科住院医师培训基地，加强国家行政管理部门的监管，建立由行业协会主导、全国统一的培训基地和考核制度是十分必要的。同时还需结合我国国情，规范医学研究生教育和专科医师培训。
