Clinical observation of hemocoagulase combined with aminomethylbenzoic acid in the treatment of basal ganglia hemorrhage

血凝酶联合氨甲苯酸治疗基底节出血临床观察

Abstract: Patients with cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia were treated with hemocoagulase combined with aminomethylbenzoic acid from May 2010 to April 2013 in our hospital, and hematoma volume and neurological impairment were compared with the control group before and after treatment. This study confirmed that hemocoagulase combined with aninomethylbenzoic acid is a safe and effective method for cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia. It can effectively prevent the hematoma enlargement and improve neurological function and prognosis.

摘要: 共60 例基底节出血患者分别采用常规治疗(对照组)以及血凝酶与氨甲苯酸联合治疗(联合治疗组),结果显示,联合治疗组患者血肿扩大率低于对照组,但差异未达统计学意义(P > 0.05);而神经功能恢复和预后均优于对照组(P < 0.05)。提示血凝酶联合氨甲苯酸可以防止基底节出血患者血肿再扩大、改善神经功能和预后,且安全、有效。
