Abstract: Insomnia is one of the common complaints among all clinical departments. In recent years, some studies have demonstrated that insomnia symptoms can be improved or treated by some antidepressants. Based on literature search both at home and abroad, this paper summarized the effect of various antidepressants with different pharmacological properties on sleep, and the progress of clinical application of antidepressants in treating insomnia according to the classification of antidepressant drugs.

摘要： 失眠是临床常见主诉之一，近年研究发现，部分抗抑郁药可有效改善失眠症状。基于国内外文献检索结果，本文依据抗抑郁药物分类，概述不同药理学特性的抗抑郁药对睡眠的影响及治疗失眠的临床应用进展。
