摘要: 帕金森病是一种复杂的慢性进展性神经系统变性疾病,药物治疗效果欠佳时应考虑外科治疗,主要包括不同原理的射频消融术、磁共振引导激光间质热疗术、磁共振引导聚焦超声、立体定向放射治疗等神经毁损术,以及包括脑深部电刺激术在内的神经调控技术;脊髓电刺激术以及基因治疗和细胞移植治疗亦在探索中。本文综述帕金森病外科治疗进展,对比分析不同治疗方法的优缺点,以期为临床研究提供更多理论和依据。

Abstract: Parkinson's disease (PD) is a complex, chronic and progressive neurodegenerative disease. When medication doesn't work well, surgical treatments should be considered to improve symptoms. Currently, surgical treatments to PD include not only neurosurgical ablation with different principles, such as radiofrequency ablation (RFA), magnetic resonance guided laser interstitial thermal therapy (MRgLITT), magnetic resonance guided focused ultrasound (MRgFUS) and stereotactic radiotherapy (SRT), but also neuromodulation techniques including deep brain stimulation (DBS). In addition, spinal cord stimulation (SCS), gene and transplantation therapy to PD are also being explored. This review focuses on advances of above treatments of PD, and analyzes their efficacy and safety in order to provide more theory and basis for clinical researchs.
