Abstract: As the feedback of teaching developing with time, the new requirements of feedback teaching have been suggested that teaching feedback should consider the overall development of student’s career, balance of quantity and quality, the diversity of role, standard and information. This article would analysis the strategy and exertion of feedback teaching in clinical education, which is precise and flexible, and evaluated those model by clarify, efficiency, sincerity, accuracy and diversity in feedback teaching.
