Abstract: Dopamine(DA) is a important catecholamines. Dopaminergic neural system is composed of dopamine and dopamine receptor(DR). Immune cell can synthesize, store, and diliver DA which regulate the resting activation, proliferation and apoptosis of the immune cells by autocrine and paracrine. DRs almost exist in all the immune cells. Activation of the receptor, by DA or DRs agonists can influence the immune cell division and cytokine release. Therefore, DA and DRs can regulate the disease of immune system with abnormal immune cells.
