Abstract: GPER is a novel estrogen receptor, which is widely distributed in human tumor tissues and cell lines. GPER plays an important role in cell proliferation, invasion and migration of a variety of tumors, especially estrogen-dependent tumors. The research on the relationship between GPER and tumor will provide new ideas for tumor therapy.
