Autophagy in Liver Diseases

Abstract

Abstract: Autophagy is a process of bulk degradation of proteins and organelles in cytoplasm．Recent studies indicate that there is a close relationship between autophagy and liver diseases. It provides us a promising avenue for liver diseases therapy.

Key words: autophagy, Beclin-1, hepatocellular carcinoma, hepatitis B, hepatitis C
