Abstract: [Abstract]More and more studies demonstrate that CXCR4 and CXCR7 as G-protein coupled receptors(GPCRs) are important mediators and cascader of cellular signal transduction, which is closely revelent to tumorigenesis. Here we review the relationship between their respective signaling modules, the cascade of intracellular signal pathways and biological behaviors of carcinoma, such as growth, proliferation, adhesion, migration and so on.
