Advancement in the Research of Animal Models of Hyperuricemia

Abstract: The incidence of gouty and hyperuricemia has been increasing recently. It has been accepted that hyperuricemia is highly associated with cardiovascular disease. However the mechanism is still unclear. It is necessary for studying hyperuricemia to build a more suitable animal model. Although there are various methods of building hyperuricemia model, no one is accepted by all users.
