Abstract: Cardiac development is a complex process, and a lot of events are included in this process. These events are myocardium progenitor cell formation, migration and differentiation, heart tube formation, looping and chamber formation. GATA superfamily genes,NKX superfamily genes,NODAL、NOTCH、WNT、BMP signal pathways, and ISL1、ACFC1、DNAH、JAG are all participate in the process of cardiac development. Any perturbation in these processes will lead to the formation of congenital heart disease.
