Abstract: Kazakh of Xinjiang is a high incidence of esophageal cancer in the nation, genetic research are more and more attention in recent years. Pass the study on biological activity such as P53, Rb at the esophageal cancer developing process.Whether there are differences in the national heredity susceptivity aspect, provides the help for the tumor treatment and the research.
