Abstract: The activation of the NF-κappa B signal transduction and the construction of the actin- cytoskeleton are simply introduced. The mechanism that NF-κappa B can be influenced through perturbation of the F-actin cytoskeleton is emphasized and prospect of this research is also introduced.
