Abstract: Abstract: Parkinson diseaseis resulted from the progressive degeneration and loss of dopaminergic neurons in substantia nigra .At present, researchers study the conditions of differentiation of dopaminergic neurons in vivo and in vitro to obtain optimum conditions for their differentiation and survival, in order to afford sufficient dopaminergic neurons for cell-replacement therapy in Parkinson diseaseis. This review focuses on the influential factors of neural stem cells differentiate into dopaminergic neurons in vivo and in vitro.
