摘要: 帕金森病(PD)是一种常见的神经系统变性病。研究表明,遗传及环境因素可诱导小胶质细胞分泌白细胞介素-1(IL-1),IL-1通过多种机制促进多巴胺能神经元死亡,包括促进其它致炎因子的合成及自由基的生成,增加细胞内钙离子浓度以及α-synuclein的合成等,从而作为帕金森病的治疗靶点。

Abstract: Parkinson's disease (PD) is a common neurodegenerative disease in the central neural system. Genetic and environmental factors induce microglia secrete more interleukin-1, which will cause dopaminergic neurons death through several mechanisms, such as promoting the synthesis of other pro-inflammatory cytokines, producing free radicals, increasing the intracellular calcium concentration, and inducing elevation of α-synuclein , and so on. It is a potential therapeutic target for Parkinson's disease.
