摘要: 多细胞球样体(multicellular spheroid, MCS)模型具有与体内细胞相似的生理或病理特性,能够更好地模拟细胞在体内的生物学行为,被广泛的应用于治疗效能检测中,包括放疗、化疗、免疫治疗、联合治疗等;基于MCS建立的共培养系统为研究同种或异种细胞间的关系提供了良好的平台。

关键词: 多细胞球样体, 三维培养, 抗肿瘤治疗, 共培养

Abstract: Multicellular spheroid (MCS) can mimic many aspects of the in vivo physiological and pathological conditions, better reflect the in-vivo behavior of cells in tumors. So it's increasingly recognized as a valuable tool for evaluating the efficacy of therapeutic intervention including chemotherapy, radiotherapy, immunotherapy and combined therapy. Various spheroid co-culture approaches have been presented to study heterologous cells interaction in solid tumors. The present review briefly introduces the methodology and applications of MCS, and focuses on the recent advances during these years.
